The 87-page floor-plan document presents the complete layout range, from one-bedroom apartments on the typical residential floors to two and three-bedroom duplexes spanning the first and second floors.
Published sizes begin at 804 sq ft for one-bedroom apartments, 1,181 sq ft for two-bedroom apartments and 1,919 sq ft for three-bedroom apartments. Duplexes begin at 1,048 sq ft for two bedrooms and 2,383 sq ft for three bedrooms. The document also shows the ground-floor retail configuration facing Al Fay Park.
