Overview
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Maryah Island is a standalone branded residential tower by SAAS Properties. The 165-home collection brings Ritz-Carlton residential service to one of central Abu Dhabi’s principal business and waterfront districts.
Killa Design’s tower uses slender proportions, vertical fins, louvres and continuous terraces to balance privacy, shade and panoramic outlooks. Tara Bernerd & Partners leads the interiors, pairing natural stone, warm timber joinery and soft tonal palettes with floor-to-ceiling glazing.
The residences range from one-bedroom apartments to two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and duplexes, plus a penthouse. Every published layout includes private outdoor space; selected larger homes add maid’s rooms, dirty kitchens, private lounges or a studio.
