SAADIYAT CULTURAL DISTRICT

Saadiyat Cultural District Market Context

Saadiyat Island recorded about AED 8.8 billion in transactions in Q1 2026, part of AED 66 billion across Abu Dhabi in the same quarter with 13,518 deals, according to ADREC figures cited in market reporting. This is district-level context for Saadiyat Island, not Row-specific performance.

Bayut's H1 2026 reporting names Saadiyat Cultural District among ultra-luxury off-plan sought-after addresses alongside Nouran Living and Manarat Living III. That framing reflects buyer demand for the district, not a resale track record for The Row Saadiyat, which only opened Phase 1 sales in November 2025.
