Unit types are 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments plus 2-bedroom Kanso Lofts, a new loft format to Aldar. Sei means stillness and calm in Japanese. The architecture uses stone, wood and textured plaster, with natural variation left visible so materials develop character over time.
