HERITAGE
Rooted in Emirati Tradition
The name Talay is inspired by the birds that trace the shoreline and stay close to home, a metaphor for belonging, family and a place generations return to.
Emirati heritage is woven through contemporary design: an Outdoor Majlis Pavilion for gathering and conversation; an Aflaj water feature inspired by traditional aflaj irrigation; and Areesh, woven palm-frond elements reinterpreted in the community's boundary walls and screens, created in collaboration with Emirati artist Abdalla Almulla.

Talay Villa Architecture
Standalone G+1 villas with a signature slanted and curved sweeping roofline, and sculptural curved feature walls framing the entrance.
Homes are offered in two complementary colour variations and multiple architectural expressions, with a restrained palette of natural stone, refined metal detailing and warm timber soffits that read as coastal character. Talay Beach expressions draw on the shoreline's horizontal forms and deep overhangs.
