WADEEM BRAND
In July 2025 Modon launched Wadeem as its first residential plots release on Hudayriyat Island with more than 1,700 freehold plots for custom 4 to 6 bedroom villas opposite Al Bateen. Wadeem Gardens extends the Wadeem name with built townhouses and villas for buyers who want Modon-delivered homes on the same island.
Both releases share the Wadeem masterplan context: a 16-hectare central park, green corridors, and Modern Arabic, Mediterranean, or Contemporary design themes within Modon's Hudayriyat Island vision.
ADIB FINANCE
In July 2026 Modon and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank announced Abu Dhabi's first dedicated off-plan home finance solution for eligible Modon developments, covering up to 75% of property value during construction with buyer contributions of 15% during construction and 5% to 10% at handover.
