THE DESIGN

Japanese-Inspired Design by Koichi Takada

Aldar Properties appointed world-renowned architect Koichi Takada for Mamsha Palm. The design is Japanese-inspired and biophilic, taking its cue from a palm-tree canopy that cools the surroundings rather than a glass-box tower.

Koichi Takada Architects shaped a boutique low-rise: two basement levels, ground, and six floors (2B+G+6). Fan columns, layered shading, and planted edges give the facade a canopy-like rhythm beside the Saadiyat Cultural District.

The original mix of 44 exclusive residences spanned 1-BR, 2-BR and 3-BR + maid apartments plus 4-BR + maid duplex sky villas. Homes are delivered semi-furnished.
