The scheme is Japanese-inspired and biophilic, taking its cue from a palm-tree canopy that cools the surroundings. Residences are semi-furnished, with engineered wood flooring in bedrooms, porcelain tile, engineered stone countertops, fluted wood cabinetry, premium wardrobes, and modern kitchen fittings.
