The community infrastructure, school, amenities, Harvest hub, sports courts, and pedestrianised streets already exist. Parks buyers move into something built, not something promised.
The secondary market confirms it. 822 Al Ghadeer property transactions were registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre between August 2023 and August 2026, totalling over AED 740 million. Phase 1 properties moved from a median of AED 572/sqft to AED 887/sqft in three years, a 55.2% increase on government record.
