Kayan Villas comprises four principal configurations across the Rawya and Rihal collections. Rawya provides four-bedroom and five-bedroom layouts based on open living spaces and broad terraces. Rihal also offers four-bedroom and five-bedroom homes, with three ground-floor options for each bedroom category. Register below to access the complete official floor-plan PDF.
The PDF includes ground-floor and first-floor drawings, room dimensions and sellable-area schedules. It should be used to compare circulation, bedroom placement, courtyard relationships and external terraces rather than relying only on rendered images.
