Rawya includes four-bedroom villas on plots from 500 to 615 sqm and five-bedroom villas on plots from 725 to 800 sqm. Rihal includes four-bedroom villas on plots from 460 to 590 sqm and five-bedroom villas on plots from 605 to 625 sqm. Rihal provides three ground-floor plan choices within each bedroom category.
Final pricing may vary with collection, configuration, plot area, orientation and the specific release selected by IMKAN. No estimate is displayed here because an unconfirmed figure could misrepresent the launch. Registration is confidential and non-binding. It records your preferred villa category so confirmed pricing, release information and consultation options can be shared when available.
