It includes ground and upper-floor drawings for Canal, Acacia, Tala and Somer Villas, both townhouse types, and apartment plans across the Typical and West blocks. Register below to access the complete PDF.
Use the drawings to compare room relationships, vertical circulation, balconies, gardens and service areas. The summary tables provide the confirmed metric areas, while the PDF contains the detailed plan geometry and additional West Block variations.
Illustrated furniture and landscaping are representational. Buyers should compare a selected unit against the contractual plan, area schedule and inclusions issued by IMKAN Properties.
