The release

Two phases, one priority list

Phase 1

The opening release. The first homes at Palm Springs. Priority registrants are contacted first when the Phase 1 price list and floor plans are issued.

Phase 2

The following chapter of the community, released after Phase 1. Registering now keeps a buyer on the list for both phases.

Registration is free and carries no obligation to buy. One request covers the brochure, availability, prices and payment plan for each phase as soon as they are released.

Residences

Villas and townhouses, three to five bedrooms

Townhouses

Joined homes over several floors, each with its own entrance and outdoor space. House-style living for a family that does not need a large plot to look after.

Villas

Stand-alone homes with space on every side: more privacy, a garden, and the upper end of the bedroom range.

Room counts by layout, design styles and plot sizes are revealed at launch. A confirmed amenity list has not been published. The sales advisor can confirm what Nakheel plans for the community.

Nakheel

The developer behind Dubai's coastline

Nakheel is one of Dubai's founding master developers. Its islands redrew the city's map, and its family communities filled in the neighbourhoods between them. Palm Springs carries the same name.

Palm Jumeirah is a delivered island of villa fronds, beach resorts and the crescent. Palm Jebel Ali is seven islands and sixteen fronds, with more than 90 km of beachfront, and the first villas are in finishing. Dubai Islands is a cluster off Deira. Jumeirah Park and Jumeirah Islands are established villa communities. Al Furjan is a neighbourhood of townhouses, villas and apartments.
