Sei Saadiyat residences and unit types

Sei Saadiyat floor plans cover 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom Kanso Residences, and 2-bedroom Kanso Lofts. Sizes run from 70 sqm to 208 sqm across 778 homes in six towers. Architecture by Jacobs. Confirmed from Aldar, 7 September 2026.

Kanso is a Japanese design principle of simplicity and the removal of clutter. Aldar uses it to name Sei Saadiyat's signature Kanso Residences and Kanso Lofts, homes designed around calm, space and natural light. Kanso Lofts introduce a new loft format to Aldar: double-height open-plan living, an elevated bedroom overlooking the main living area, expansive windows, and flexible work space.
