Waterfront by Missoni is a 38-storey beachfront address in Shams Abu Dhabi, on the Al Reem Island waterfront, where Missoni interiors meet a swimmable beach with the canal on one side and the sea on the other.

Waterfront by Missoni, also called Missoni Residences, stands in Shams Abu Dhabi on the Al Reem Island waterfront. The canal runs on one side and the sea on the other, with direct beach access at the base of the tower. Emirates Developments is delivering the project in partnership with Missoni. It is Abu Dhabi's first Missoni address.
The building is G+4 podiums for parking and retail, then 38 residential floors. 250 residences run from 1 to 4-bedroom apartments through to two half-floor 5-bedroom penthouses on the 38th floor. Clear height is 3m, and the retail spaces are double height.
A first-floor amenity deck sits in an oval-garden podium. Residents reach a swimmable beach from two points, one beside the beachfront restaurant and one from the canal side, with a kayak loop across the canal and a 5-star bar and restaurant directly on the beach.
